We are seeking a results-oriented IT Project Manager to lead cross-functional technology initiatives from planning through execution and delivery. Job Description

• Lead end-to-end IT project lifecycle management, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
• Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with business and technical stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation strategies.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks while proactively managing issues and dependencies.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between engineering, infrastructure, security, and business teams.
• Ensure adherence to project governance standards, documentation requirements, and best practices.
• Communicate project status, milestones, and performance metrics to leadership and stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance processes, tools, and delivery methodologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience managing IT projects in enterprise environments.
• Proven experience delivering projects using Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, infrastructure, cloud, or application development initiatives.
• Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, timelines, and cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, or similar certification preferred.
