Information Technology Project Manager

About the Role

We're looking for a versatile Project Manager who can bridge the gap between clients, IT, design, and operations, ensuring seamless delivery of custom web portals, digital, event-tech, and web-based projects. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience managing multiple projects, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring timely, high-quality output.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, execute, and deliver digital/event-tech/custom web development projects from start to finish.

Conduct regular status meetings and track project progress against milestones.

Coordinate with internal teams (design, tech, content, operations) and external partners to ensure timely delivery.

Maintain and update all project documentation, reports, and communication trails.

Gather and define requirements from clients and translate them into actionable tasks for teams.

Identify bottlenecks, manage risks, and ensure projects meet defined quality benchmarks.

Provide excellent client servicing, maintain client relationships and identify opportunities for growth.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions for client needs.

Prepare progress updates, timelines, and reports for management and clients.

Preferred Background

34 years of experience in Project Management, preferably in a tech or event-tech environment.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related fields.

Hands-on experience managing multiple digital/event-tech projects.

Knowledge of tools like Trello, Asana, ClickUp, or Jira.

Nice to Have

Certification or online coursework in HTML, Python, Data Visualization, or Web Development (e.g., Kaggle, Webtek Labs).

Understanding of API integration and tech documentation.

Experience working on government/industry association projects
