Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with clients, developers, and internal teams.
- Manage tasks, tickets, and workflows inZOHO(Projects/CRM/Desk).
- SupportScrum/Agilefunctions: sprint planning, standups, tracking deliverables.
- Handle customer queries and provide timely resolutions.
- Maintain project documentation, trackers, and reports
- Preffer technical candidate
Scrum Master certification (optional).
Requirements:
- Strong hands-on experience withZOHO portals.
- Good understanding ofScrum / Agilemethodology.
- Excellent communication, follow-up, and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and handle project timelines.
- Basic technical understanding of web/software projects.
