Job Description

We are seeking an Associate Product Manager who is passionate about product

development and thrives on translating complex requirements into actionable solutions. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in the product lifecycle, bridging the gap between

customers, developers, and internal stakeholders, and ensuring the seamless execution of product initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Lifecycle Support: Collaborate with the product team to manage the

end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation to deployment and iteration.

Requirement Gathering: Understand and analyze complex product requirements,

working closely with customers, stakeholders, and the product team to define and

document clear, actionable specifications

Cross-Functional Liaison: Act as the link between customers, developers, QA, and

internal teams, ensuring effective communication and alignment throughout the

development cycle.

Technical Acumen: Apply a strong understanding of software development

processes to effectively communicate with technical teams and contribute to the

planning and execution of development activities.

Customer Focus: Advocate for customer needs and pain points, translating them

into features and solutions that deliver measurable value.

Data-Driven Approach: Use data and insights to inform prioritization, product

decisions, and success metrics.

Market Awareness: Stay informed about trends in brokerage technology and capital

markets to support informed product planning.

Stakeholder Engagement: Assist in communicating product updates, decisions, and

roadmaps clearly to stakeholders, ensuring alignment and transparency.

What We're Looking For:

Product Development Experience: A foundational understanding of the product

lifecycle and experience working on complex products or platforms.

Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with software development cycles, APIs, and

system integrations, with the ability to understand technical concepts and

communicate effectively with developers.

Strong Communication Skills: Exceptional ability to articulate complex ideas and

facilitate collaboration across diverse teams.

Analytical Mindset: Proficiency in analyzing data, breaking down complex

problems, and proposing actionable solutions.

Customer-Centric Approach: Passion for understanding customer needs and

delivering solutions that provide real value.

Team Player: Collaborative and adaptable, with a willingness to learn and contribute

to a dynamic team environment.

Organized & Detail-Oriented: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail,

ensuring that projects are executed effectively and efficiently.
