This is a full-time, on-site role based in Moradabad as an Information Technology Operations Manager. The selected candidate will oversee the daily IT operations, manage IT infrastructure, and ensure the smooth functioning and reliability of systems and networks. Responsibilities include providing technical support, prioritizing tasks to reduce downtime, optimizing IT services, and leading a team to meet organizational goals efficiently. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and staying updated on emerging technologies will also be key aspects of this role.

• Proficiency in IT Operations and IT Management, with the ability to oversee and optimize enterprise IT functions
• Strong expertise in Information Technology and technical problem-solving for maintaining effective systems functionality
• Experience in Technical Support and delivering timely IT solutions to stakeholders
• Knowledge of IT Service Management (ITSM) processes for improving service delivery and operational excellence
• Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to delegate tasks effectively
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities, with attention to detail
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field is preferred
• Experience with IT infrastructure and operations in the manufacturing or industrial sector is a plus
