A telecom services company that manages network and IT services for large enterprise accounts has partnered with Flexiple to hire an Information Technology Operations Manager for its internal IT operations team. Enterprise clients expect uptime commitments most consumer-facing businesses do not, and this role exists to make sure the internal systems supporting those accounts hold up to the same standard the company promises its clients.

Where the accountability sits

Keeping the lights on

• Own day-to-day availability of internal IT systems and enterprise-support tooling
• Run incident and problem management against defined SLAs
• Lead root-cause reviews on repeat incidents and drive the fix, not just the workaround

Vendors, budgets, capacity

• Coordinate infrastructure, network, and software vendors supporting internal systems
• Manage change windows so they do not collide with client-facing commitments
• Own capacity planning for internal systems ahead of account growth

The background we're screening for

• 5 to 10 years in IT operations or infrastructure, ideally supporting enterprise or B2B accounts
• Solid grounding in incident, change, and problem management
• Experience managing vendors and infrastructure budgets
• Clear written English for internal stakeholder reporting

Extra credit

• ITIL certification or equivalent service-management background
• Exposure to telecom, networking, or enterprise B2B environments
• Familiarity with monitoring, ticketing, or automation platforms
