Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Navi Mumbai for an Information Technology Manager. The IT Manager will oversee the planning, implementation, and maintenance of IT systems and infrastructure to support the organization's operations. Responsibilities include managing hardware and software needs, ensuring data security, troubleshooting technical issues, coordinating with vendors, and leading IT projects to improve efficiency and effectiveness. The role also involves supervising a team of IT professionals, managing IT budgets, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and organizational standards.

Qualifications

• Expertise in IT systems and infrastructure, including hardware and software management
• Proficient in cybersecurity practices, data protection, and system compliance
• Strong skills in troubleshooting, problem-solving, and technical incident management
• Experience in IT project planning, execution, and budget management
• Ability to lead and coordinate a team of IT professionals
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for vendor coordination and cross-department collaboration
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
• Relevant certifications are a plus
• Previous experience in a healthcare or hospital IT setting is highly desirable
