Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for an Information Technology Manager located in Indore. The IT Manager will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of IT systems, managing IT infrastructure, ensuring data security, and troubleshooting technical issues. The role also includes leading the IT team, planning and coordinating technology strategies, and ensuring smooth and efficient operations of the company's technology infrastructure.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in IT infrastructure management and system development
- Experience with network security, data protection, and troubleshooting issues
- Proficiency in managing and leading IT teams, as well as planning technology strategies
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to respond to emergencies effectively
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- Prior experience in the pharmaceutical or manufacturing industry is a plus
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
