Key Responsibilities:
1. IT Infrastructure & Systems Management
- Manage, maintain, and upgrade the company's IT systems, servers, networks, and hardware.
- Ensure high availability and reliability of manufacturing IT
- Implement and manage cybersecurity policies to protect company data and assets.
2. ERP/ CRM/HRMS and Manufacturing Software Support
- Oversee the deployment, customization, and maintenance of SAP systems.
- Coordinate with production, procurement, and finance teams to ensure seamless SAP integration and upgradation.
- Train staff on SAP modules relevant to manufacturing, inventory, and sales processes.
3. Project Management
- Lead IT projects, such as new system implementations, software upgrades, or digital transformation initiatives.
- Develop project plans, budgets, and timelines; monitor progress to ensure timely and within-budget delivery.
4. IT Support & User Training
- Provide technical support to employees across departments, including production, sales, logistics, and admin.
- Develop and implement training programs for end-users to enhance IT literacy and security awareness.
5. Vendor & Budget Management
- Manage relationships with external IT vendors, service providers, and consultants.
- Monitor and control IT budgets, purchases, and licensing agreements.
6. Compliance & Documentation
- Ensure IT systems comply with relevant industry standards (e.g., ISO, data protection regulations).
- Maintain accurate documentation of systems, licenses, configurations, and procedures.
Qualifications & Skills:
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Professional certifications (e.g., Cisco, Microsoft, ITIL, PMP) are a plus.
Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of IT experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
- Prior experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in plastic production or related industry, is strongly preferred.
Technical Skills:
- Strong knowledge of networking, firewalls, servers (Windows & Linux), and cloud platforms.
- Experience with ERP systems, manufacturing execution systems (MES), and industrial automation interfaces.
- Understanding of database systems (e.g., SQL, HANA) and data backup/recovery practices.
- Strong Knowledge of Linux

Work Environment:
