IT Manager – FEC & Arcade Systems

Location: Saudi Arabia

Relocation: Candidates from in India and willing to relocate to Saudi Arabia

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced IT Manager to lead the IT function for a growing entertainment business operating Family Entertainment Centers (FECs) and arcade facilities in Saudi Arabia.

The role involves overseeing IT infrastructure, networks, cybersecurity, enterprise systems, technical support, and specialized arcade gaming and cashless payment systems.

The ideal candidate will combine strong IT leadership and infrastructure expertise with hands-on experience in arcade management and cashless payment platforms, such as Intercard, Embed, Sacoa, Semnox Parafait, or equivalent solutions.

Key Responsibilities

IT Strategy & Leadership

• Develop and implement IT strategies, budgets, annual plans, and technology roadmaps.
• Establish IT policies, procedures, security controls, and service management standards.
• Lead the IT team, manage resources, monitor performance, and drive continuous improvement.

Arcade & Cashless Payment Systems

• Manage and support arcade management and cashless payment systems, preferably Inter-card or equivalent platforms.
• Oversee the integration of gaming machines, RFID card readers, POS terminals, top-up stations, and self-service kiosks.
• Troubleshoot system failures, card-reading issues, and connectivity problems.
• Manage system configurations, access permissions, updates, vendor support, and technical changes.
• Coordinate with Operations and Finance to provide system reports and investigate technical discrepancies.

IT Infrastructure & Networking

• Oversee LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, routing, switching, firewalls, and internet connectivity across multiple sites.
• Manage network technologies, including VLAN, STP, OSPF, and SD-WAN.
• Ensure network security, reliability, performance, and business continuity.
• Plan infrastructure upgrades, preventive maintenance, and asset replacement.

Systems, Servers & Cloud Services

• Manage servers, operating systems, databases, cloud services, and backup solutions.
• Administer Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and Microsoft 365.
• Oversee IP telephony, network-attached storage (NAS), and secure data-sharing environments.
• Ensure system availability, data security, and recover-ability.

Cyber security & Business Continuity

• Implement security policies, endpoint protection, patch management, and access controls.
• Manage firewall policies, VPN access, and network security.
• Develop disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
• Coordinate incident response, recovery testing, and risk mitigation.

IT Support & Branch Operations

• Lead the IT service desk, technical support team, ticketing processes, and service-level agreements (SLAs).
• Ensure reliable IT operations during peak periods, weekends, and holidays.
• Standardize IT support across headquarters and branches.
• Manage IT assets, licenses, warranties, technical documentation, and maintenance contracts.

Projects & Vendor Management

• Lead IT projects related to new branch openings, system installations, integrations, upgrades, and operational handovers.
• Manage technology vendors, service providers, contracts, and support agreements.
• Coordinate with Operations, Finance, and other departments to ensure successful technology implementation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Networking, or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of IT experience, including at least 3 years in IT management or team leadership.
• Mandatory: At least 2 years of hands-on experience managing or supporting arcade cashless payment systems or FEC technology platforms.
• Experience with Intercard, Embed, Sacoa, Semnox Parafait, Amusement Connect, IdealOne, or equivalent systems.
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, networking, servers, cybersecurity, and multi-site IT operations.
• Experience supporting POS systems and business-critical applications.
• Proven ability to manage technical teams, vendors, budgets, and IT projects.
• Good command of English; Arabic is an advantage.
• Currently based in India and willing to relocate to Saudi Arabia.

• ITIL 4
• CCNA
• Microsoft / Azure certifications
• PMP

Ideal Candidate Profile

Candidates with experience in arcade systems, amusement technology, Family Entertainment Centers, bowling centers, indoor entertainment facilities, or similar multi-site entertainment businesses are strongly encouraged to apply.

Please note: Hands-on experience with specialized arcade/FEC cashless systems is essential and cannot be replaced by general IT management experience alone.
