What are we trying to solve/mission

We are looking for someone with 8+ Years of Experience in managing IT Projects, ensuring system uptime, effective management and implementation of technology solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Provide L4 Level of expertise in designing and implementing secure network architectures for hybrid office spaces.
- Lead and manage IT procurements such as Windows, Macs, and network devices as per the company's requirements.
- Design, configure, install, and maintain network hardware such as Firewalls, routers, switches, APs and software components.
- Proficiency and hands-on with managing google workspace, MDM solutions such as Jumpcloud, Office 365.
- Configure, deploy, and maintain security policies, profiles, and device settings through MDM solutions (Jumpcloud)
- Administer and configure operating systems (Windows, MAC etc.), network devices, databases, and software applications.
- Monitor and optimize network performance and ensure network availability and reliability.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and practices.
- Troubleshoot network problems and outages; schedule upgrades.
- Proficiency in networking protocols, routing and switching (eg., TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs).
- Implement and manage disaster recovery and backup solutions.
- Implement network security policies and procedures.
- Ensure network security access and protect against unauthorized access, modification, or destruction.
- Conduct regular security audits and vulnerability assessments.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of network & system configurations.
- Prepare and present reports on system performance and reliability to management.
- Collaborate with IT teams and vendors to resolve issues and implement new solutions.
- Provide technical support and guidance to users and other IT personnel.
- Hands-On experience on powershell and bash scripting.
- Experience with backup and disaster recovery solutions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience as a Network Administrator, System Administrator, or similar role.
- Relevant Experience: 8+ Years
- Certification in relevant technologies (e.g., Cisco CCNA, CompTIA Network+, Microsoft MCSA) is often preferred.
- Strong knowledge of networking protocols and technologies (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, etc.).
- Experience with security network practices.
- Familiarity with ITIL processes and methodologies is a plus.
Working Conditions:
- 5 Days work from Office; may require occasional evening and weekend work to perform maintenance or resolve issues.
- On-call availability may be required to address IT or system emergencies.
