Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and technically skilled IT Manager to lead our technology operations, with a strong focus on CCTV systems, IT infrastructure, desktop support, and team management. The ideal candidate will oversee day-to-day IT operations, ensure network and surveillance system reliability, and manage a team of IT support personnel to deliver seamless technology services across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Infrastructure & Network Management
- Design, deploy, and maintain robust IT infrastructure (servers, networks, firewalls, switches).
- Ensure uptime and performance of LAN/WAN, internet connectivity, and wireless networks.
- Manage hardware/software inventory and lifecycle planning.
CCTV & Surveillance Systems
- Oversee the setup, maintenance, and monitoring of CCTV systems across all locations.
- Ensure data retention compliance, remote monitoring capabilities, and system integrity.
- Coordinate with security teams and vendors for surveillance optimization.
End-User & Desktop Support
- Lead desktop support operations to resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
- Enforce standards for device configurations, OS deployments, and endpoint security.
- Provide tier-2/3 support and escalation management for unresolved incidents.
Team & Vendor Management
- Supervise and mentor IT support staff, setting performance goals and development plans.
- Manage IT project timelines, resource allocation, and cross-functional coordination.
- Collaborate with vendors for equipment procurement, AMC/SLAs, and issue resolution.
Compliance, Security & Documentation
- Implement and enforce IT policies related to data security, backups, and access control.
- Maintain system documentation, incident logs, and asset management records.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend upgrades as needed.
Requirements:
- Experience: 5+ years of relevant IT experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Technical Skills:
- Hands-on with CCTV setup (IP cameras, DVR/NVR, remote access).
- Strong troubleshooting skills across Windows, MS Office, and common desktop issues.
- Familiarity with server administration, Active Directory, and IT ticketing systems.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to manage teams, prioritize workloads, and handle escalations.
