Job Description

We, at Bharti Axa Life Insurance are looking for candidate who wants to grow their career in fast paced environment and can join our Information technology Department.

The ideal candidate will have a wealth of experience tackling various hardware and software problems. They should be comfortable providing technology solutions to employees and working closely with third party software companies to adopt new technologies and efficiently use existing ones. This candidate should have prior experience working with information technology and understand the latest technology trends to ensure the technology in place is up to date.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily IT support team operations.

Monitor and manage IT support requests.

Prioritize, assign, and track IT support tickets.

Provide technical guidance and mentorship to IT support staff.

Conduct regular team meetings for updates and process improvements.

Collaborate with departments to address IT-related needs.

Perform root cause analysis for recurring incidents.

Maintain and update IT support documentation.

Ensure proper functioning of IT infrastructure.

Develop and deliver end-user training programs.

Monitor and analyze IT support performance metrics.

Handle VIP support , escalations and advanced troubleshooting.

Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and best practices.

Manage vendor relationships and service contracts.

Facilitate regular audits and endpoint compliance checks.

Act as a liaison between IT support and senior management.

Manage and Administer Google Workspace and MDM solution

Administer and manage ITSM solution.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or relevant field
  • 3+ years of experience in related field
  • Hands-on knowledge of hardware, software, basic networking and user support.
  • strong technical troubleshooting and soft skills
