Job Title: Manager IT Services (Cloud Infrastructure & Platform Support)
Position: Manager - Cloud Infrastructure & Platform Support
Location & work mode: Pune Hybrid, India Day Shift. Flexibility required to stretch and support global teams and business operations when needed.
Role Summary
The IT Services Manager Cloud Infrastructure & Platform Support is a senior technical leadership role responsible for the end-to-end management of enterprise cloud, on-premises infrastructure, and Microsoft platform services.
This role combines strategic architecture ownership with operational leadership to ensure highly available, secure, scalable, and modern IT services across the organization. The position will lead the design, modernization, automation, and operational governance of IT infrastructure while supporting large-scale enterprise environments across multiple geographies.
The role also provides technical leadership, stakeholder engagement, and team management, ensuring reliable delivery of infrastructure and platform services aligned with business goals.
Experience
1015 years of experience in IT Infrastructure, Cloud Platforms, and Enterprise IT Services.
Hands-on experience managing production environments in public cloud platforms such as
Microsoft Azure, AWS, GCP, or Oracle Cloud.
Proven experience managing enterprise-scale infrastructure supporting 10,000+ users
(preferred).
Experience in leading and mentoring technical infrastructure or platform teams.
Strong stakeholder management, vendor management, and communication skills.

Enterprise Platforms: Microsoft 365 Suite, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams.
Endpoint Management: Microsoft Intune, ManageEngine
Automation & Scripting: PowegrShell, Infrastructure automation practices
IT Service Management: ITIL-based service operations, Incident, Problem & Change Management
Architecture & Design: Hybrid infrastructure architecture, Cloud solution architecture, Enterprise platform design.
Qualifications & Certifications
Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field
Relevant certifications preferred, such as: Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator /
Architect, Microsoft 365 Certifications, AWS Solutions Architect, ITIL Foundation or
Practitioner.

It ensures strategic modernization while maintaining operational excellence, security, and service reliability across the organization's IT ecosystem.
