We are looking for an experienced IT Lead to manage IT operations, security controls, and compliance requirements.
Experience: 9 to 14 Years (Candidates must have experience in Compliance)
Location - Bangalore, Hybrid
Joiners - Immediate or Early joiners
Company Preference - Product / SAAS
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day IT operations, service delivery, and infrastructure management.
- Manage IT security controls, access management, and user-access reviews.
- Ensure compliance with frameworks such as ISO 27001, ITIL, and financial-sector regulations.
- Lead internal/external IT audits and drive closure of observations.
- Implement IT policies, SOPs, and risk-mitigation processes.
- Collaborate with leadership on IT planning, asset management, and continuous improvement.
- Manage vendors, AMC contracts, and SLA performance.
- Lead incident response, disaster recovery readiness, and business continuity support.
Requirements:
- 9+ years of IT Ops / IT Governance / IT Security experience and network management.
- Strong exposure to compliance, security, audits, and policy governance.
- Experience in financial services (NBFC, fintech, banking preferred).
- Knowledge of identity management, patching, and network fundamentals.
- Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills.
