Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
- Assist in installing and configuring Windows OS
- Assist in troubleshooting Windows, application, and login issues
- Basic networking knowledge including IP addressing, ping, and traceroute
- Willingness to learn troubleshooting and documentation
- Assist in configuring and managing routers and switches
- Support installation and configuration of network devices
- Help manage LAN, WAN, and Wi-Fi networks
- Coordinate with ISPs for basic connectivity issues
- Experience with CCTV / NVR network setups (nice to have)
