Technical Skills & Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience with Wintel technologies
- Expertise in Microsoft Windows Server environments
- Experience with Microsoft Exchange administration and support
- Knowledge of High Availability (HA) solutions
- Understanding of regulatory compliance in IT infrastructure
- Experience supporting Microsoft Office applications
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Soft Skills
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues
- Strong documentation and reporting skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Relevant certifications (Microsoft / ITIL preferred)
