Job Summary:
We are looking for an IT Executive to manage daily IT operations, provide technical support to users, and ensure smooth functioning of systems and networks. The role involves handling IT assets, maintaining security and backups, resolving issues within defined timelines, and supporting overall business operations through efficient IT services.
Responsibilities:
Monitor systems, network, and ensure smooth daily IT operations
Handle user issues and resolve IT support tickets within SLA timelines
Manage IT assets including setup, tracking, and maintaining records
Ensure stable internet/Wi-Fi connectivity and perform troubleshooting
Maintain system security through antivirus updates, backups, and access control
Conduct regular system health checks and device maintenance
Prepare IT reports and document incidents/resolutions
Support onboarding, system setup, and IT-related projects while ensuring user satisfaction
Candidate Profile:
12 years of experience in IT support or IT operations
Basic knowledge of systems, networking, and troubleshooting
Experience with device setup (laptops, desktops, printers) and IT asset management
Familiarity with ticketing systems and SLA-based support
Understanding of antivirus, data backup, and user access management
Good problem-solving skills and a user-focused approach
Strong communication and ability to handle multiple task
