Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Information Technology Engineer, based in Chennai with flexibility for some remote work. The role involves ensuring the operational integrity of IT systems, providing technical support, troubleshooting technical issues, maintaining network security, and managing networking configurations. The IT Engineer will work closely with team members to address technical challenges, optimize IT infrastructure, and support the seamless operation of business processes.

AmaraJet offers visa sponsorship where required, subject to role eligibility and candidate qualifications.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Troubleshooting to identify and resolve technical issues effectively
• Strong background in Information Technology and Technical Support practices
• Experience with maintaining Network Security and addressing cybersecurity concerns
• Knowledge of Networking, including setup, configuration, and maintenance
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment with both in-office and remote responsibilities
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
• Certifications in IT or network security (e.g., CompTIA, CCNA) are a plus
• Familiarity with aviation or transportation industry IT needs is an added advantage
