We are looking for a skilled Business Analyst (IT) with 3+ years of experience in the PSG domain to bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, experience in requirement gathering, application implementation, system integration, team coordination, and process improvement across IT projects.
The candidate will work closely with business users, developers, clients, and project managers to deliver high-quality IT solutions aligned with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities :
- Participate in end-to-end application rollout and implementation activities across business units.
- Coordinate with technical teams during software deployment, configuration, and production releases.
- Support data migration activities including data validation, reconciliation, and issue tracking.
- Write and analyze SQL queries for data validation, reporting, troubleshooting, and business analysis.
- Work on system integration activities using APIs and coordinate with technical teams for interface validation and testing.
- Collaborate with infrastructure and support teams on user access management and Windows Active Directory-related activities.
- Handle client-facing discussions, requirement clarification sessions, issue resolution, and status updates.
- Manage and coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and timely delivery.
- Assist in resolving client concerns, production issues, and business-critical problems effectively.
- Create dashboards, reports, and business insights using Excel, SQL, or reporting tools.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT projects.
- Strong understanding of PSG domain processes and workflows.
- Experience in handling teams and coordinating with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Strong client-facing and communication skills with experience in managing business discussions and issue resolution.
- Experience in application rollout, implementation, and production support activities.
- Hands-on experience with SQL queries for data analysis and validation.
- Knowledge of system integration concepts and APIs.
- Familiarity with Windows Active Directory and user access management processes.
- Experience in data migration and reconciliation activities.
- Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced client-driven environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in IDAM (Identity and Access Management) and PAM (Privileged Access Management) processes and tools.
- Certification in Agile/Scrum or Business Analysis is a plus.
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related technical field.
