Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and client-focused PSG Consultant with strong technical and functional expertise. The ideal candidate will have experience in application implementation or business analysis, along with solid knowledge of database management, integrations, and identity/access management concepts. This role involves close client interaction, solution delivery, and team collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead or support application rollout and implementation projects
• Work as a Business Analyst, gathering and documenting requirements
• Write and optimize SQL queries for data analysis and troubleshooting
• Perform and support data migration activities across systems
• Design and manage system integrations using APIs
• Manage and troubleshoot Windows Active Directory environments
• Engage directly with clients to understand requirements and provide solutions
• Ensure high-quality delivery through effective communication and documentation
• Collaborate with internal teams and handle/mentor junior team members
• Participate in solution design, testing, and deployment phases

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in any one or more:
• Application Rollout / Implementation
• Business Analysis
• Strong hands-on experience with:
• SQL / Database querying
• Data Migration
• API-based System Integration
• Windows Active Directory
• Proven client-facing experience with excellent communication skills
• Ability to manage tasks independently and work in a team environment
• Experience in team handling or mentoring
