Job Description

Tibrewala Electronics Limited (TIBCON Capacitors)Hyderabad, Telangana

Information Technology Administrator

About TIBCON

Tibrewala Electronics Limited (TIBCON Capacitors) is a leading manufacturer of capacitors, headquartered in Hyderabad. We are looking for an experienced IT professional to independently own and manage all technology infrastructure, security, and end-user support across the organization.

Role Summary

You will serve as the single point of ownership for TIBCON's entire IT environment — infrastructure, security, cloud administration, networking, endpoint management, and employee support. This is a hands-on, operationally independent role. You will execute day-to-day IT operations autonomously, while working under the strategic direction of the company's technology leadership, who sets policy, defines security standards, and provides final approvals on infrastructure decisions. Reports directly to executive leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for managing all on-premises and cloud infrastructure — including servers, networking equipment, Sophos firewalls, VPN tunnels, endpoint fleet, printers, CCTV, and access control systems. You will administer Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace tenants end-to-end, handling user provisioning, licensing, email routing, DNS, and domain-level email authentication (SPF, DKIM, DMARC). On the security side, you will manage CrowdStrike Falcon across all endpoints, enforce device hardening and patching policies, triage security alerts, investigate email compromise and phishing incidents, and maintain web application security via Cloudflare. Periodic access reviews and employee security awareness also fall under this role.

Beyond infrastructure and security, the role covers vendor coordination, and serving as the primary point of contact for all employee IT issues. You will maintain remote support capability, document SOPs, own all vendor and ISP relationships, maintain a complete IT asset inventory, and evaluate and recommend new tools and improvements.

Requirements: Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in IT infrastructure management, systems administration, or a similar role, preferably in a mid-size enterprise environment. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Strong communication skills — able to explain technical issues clearly to non-technical staff and leadership.
