Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced SSO Engineer / SSO Support Engineer to design, implement, and support Single Sign-On (SSO) solutions across enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with SAML-based authentication, identity platforms, and Windows/Linux environments, along with scripting skills for automation and troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and support SSO integrations using SAML 2.0
• Configure and troubleshoot authentication flows between Identity Providers (IdP) and Service Providers (SP)
• Provide L2/L3 support for SSO-related issues including login failures, token errors, and certificate problems
• Work with application teams to onboard apps into SSO platforms
• Manage and troubleshoot Windows and Linux systems related to authentication services
• Analyze logs and traces to resolve complex authentication and authorization issues
• Automate routine SSO and IAM tasks using scripting
• Maintain documentation for SSO configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting guides
• Collaborate with security, infrastructure, and application teams to ensure secure access controls

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong experience with Single Sign-On (SSO) concepts and implementations
• Hands-on experience with SAML 2.0
• Experience supporting SSO platforms such as:
• Okta, Azure AD / Entra ID, ADFS, Ping Identity, OneLogin (any)
• Solid knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems
• Experience with scripting (one or more):
• PowerShell
• Bash / Shell
• Python
• Understanding of authentication protocols and standards:
• SAML, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect (OIDC)
• Ability to troubleshoot certificates, assertions, claims, and federation issues
• Strong communication and documentation skills

Good to Have (Nice-to-Have):

• Experience with AD / LDAP integrations
• Exposure to IAM / Access Management best practices
• Experience in cloud environments (Azure, AWS, GCP)
• ITIL or security certifications (optional)
