Core Technical Skills
Informatica MDM (Master Data Management)
- Hands-on experience with MDM Hub configuration: landing, staging, base objects, and match/merge processes.
- Strong understanding of Trust, Survivorship, Match & Merge rules.
- Experience with SIF (Service Integration Framework), Informatica Business Entity Services (BES), and REST/SOAP API integrations.
- Proficient in configuring workflows and data governance using Informatica MDM.
Java Development
- Strong Java/J2EE development background for extending Informatica MDM using custom services, user exits, and integrations.
- Experience developing custom Java-based user interfaces or components to complement MDM functionality.
ActiveVOS (Informatica Process Server)
- Experience designing, developing, and maintaining business workflows using ActiveVOS.
- Understanding of BPEL and BPMN processes.
- Integration of workflows with MDM events (eg, triggering workflows on data change or approval flows).
Informatica Data Quality (IDQ)
- Ability to design and implement data profiling, cleansing, standardization, and validation rules.
- Integration of IDQ with MDM to ensure high-quality master data.
Additional Technical Skills
- Experience with SQL and PL/SQL for data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL).
- Experience with SOAP/REST web services, XML, JSON.
- Knowledge of master data models (Customer, Product, Vendor, etc).
- Python / Data Lake background

Education & Experience
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 5 10 years of overall IT experience.
- 3 6 years of hands-on experience with Informatica MDM.
- 2+ years of experience with Java and/or ActiveVOS.
- 2+ years of experience with Informatica IDQ.
