A day in the life of an Infoscion
- Design, develop, and maintain ETL workflows using Informatica PowerCenter Create and enhance mappings, transformations, sessions, and workflows Perform data extraction, transformation, and loading from multiple sources Optimize ETL performance and ensure efficient data processing Apply data validation, cleansing, and reconciliation rules Handle job scheduling, monitoring, and troubleshooting of ETL failures Work with large volumes of data across multiple database platforms Collaborate with business analysts and data architects to translate business requirements into technical solutions Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with standards Prepare technical documentation and support production deployments Exposure to Informatica IICS or cloud data platforms Experience with Snowflake, Azure, AWS, or GCP Knowledge of shell scripting and basic automation Informatica certification(s) Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments
