Job Duties: The Informatica MDM Developer will design, develop, and maintain Master Data Management (MDM) solutions that ensure data consistency, accuracy, and quality across enterprise systems. The role focuses on integrating and cleansing master data, enforcing governance policies, and supporting the organization's data marketplace and governance initiatives.

Responsibilities

1. Design, configure, and implement Informatica MDM Hub components (Base Objects, Match/Merge, Hierarchies, Trust Framework).

2. Develop data ingestion, transformation, and matching rules for master data entities.

3. Collaborate with data governance and integration teams to ensure data quality and compliance.

4. Integrate MDM with Informatica IDMC, Power BI, Databricks, and other enterprise platforms.

5. Create and optimize ETL pipelines for master data synchronization and consolidation.

6. Implement data stewardship workflows for exception handling and data validation.

7. Develop API and service-based integrations to enable master data consumption by applications.

8. Monitor, troubleshoot, and tune MDM performance and scalability.

9. Support metadata management and lineage initiatives in collaboration with Collibra and Purview teams.

10. Participate in agile sprint cycles for requirement definition, development, and testing.

Minimum Skills Required:

1. Bachelor's degree (Computer Science/Information Technology/Electronics & Communication/ Information Science/Telecommunications)

2. 8+ years of experience in Informatica MDM (Hub, IDD, IDQ, or IDMC)

3. Domain experience in banking, finance is an added advantage

4. Experience working in Agile development environments. Critical thinking and good problem-solver

5. Strong hands-on experience with data modeling, data quality, and integration design

6. Knowledge of SQL, PL/SQL, and relational databases (SQL Server, Oracle, etc.)

7. Familiarity with cloud-native data platforms (Azure Data Services, Databricks)

8. Understanding of data governance frameworks and metadata management

9. Exposure to API development, REST/SOAP integration, and role-based data access

10. Excellent documentation and communication skills
