9+ years of hands-on experience in Informatica MDM Administration Strong expertise in: Informatica MDM Hub IDD (Informatica Data Director) Process Server / Workflow Manager Strong understanding of MDM concepts (match rules, survivorship, hierarchies) Experience with Linux/Unix environments Strong knowledge of RDBMS (Oracle / SQL Server) Experience in batch processing, job monitoring, and scheduling Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills Experience working in enterprise-scale, high-availability environments
MDM Platform Administration & Operations Lead administration of Informatica MDM Hub across Development, Test, UAT, and Production environments Install, configure, upgrade, and patch Informatica MDM components Manage MDM Hub repositories, services, batch processes, and real-time integrations Monitor platform health, availability, and performance to ensure SLA compliance
