Job Description

Title: Informatica L2 Support Engineer

Description:

  • Informatica production support(24*7) experience and operations
  • L2 application monitoring and production issue resolution - Informatica
  • Incident reporting
  • L2 analysis for incidents reported
  • Meetings with different teams for issue analysis and resolution
  • SOP preparation
  • Participating in Bridge calls and driving it.
  • IM/PM management
  • Willing to work in Rotation basis on 24*7 support model
  • Willing to work from office (no WFH/Hybrid model)

Primary skills

  • Informatica - Power Center Monitor, Power Center Workflow Manager, Scheduler, Power Center Designer
  • Unix/Linux commands and scripting
  • DWH concepts
  • SQL/PostGres data analysis and profiling
  • DB - Greenplum
  • Incident and problem management
  • L1, L2 issues analysis and resolution
  • Business communication - User interaction, L1 training, SOP preparation
  • Production operations and support activities
  • Data processing and transformation - ETL
  • Readiness to learn new technologies
  • Flexibility to work on various type of tasks within the operations
  • Status reporting - WSR, DSR, et.al.
  • CAB calls
  • Worked into Service now or any ticketing tools.
  • Have knowledge of ITIL process
  • Managing team and experience in shift roster and task assignment.
