Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive support for applications within the Surveillance area, ensuring high availability and performance.
Build and enhance applications in the Surveillance domain as per business requirements.
Support and develop ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) data loads using Informatica and Shell Scripts.
Collaborate with users, stakeholders, and application owners of upstream systems to effectively resolve support issues.
Take full ownership of technical issues, conducting thorough analysis, escalating when necessary, and driving them to resolution within defined SLAs.
Apply strong RDBMS concepts to optimize database interactions and data integrity.
Utilize Java and Python for scripting, automation, and integration tasks as needed.
