We are seeking an experienced Infor WFM Consultant who will act as a subject matter expert in Infor Workforce Management solutions. This role requires in-depth domain knowledge, the ability to map complex business processes, and the capability to design and deliver robust technical or functional solutions to meet the needs of our clients.
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
- Subject Matter Expertise: Serve as an expert in Infor applications, specifically within the WFM domain, demonstrating comprehensive industry knowledge to enhance and expand the Infor practice.
- Business Process Mapping: Analyze and map complex business processes to develop scalable and effective solutions tailored to client requirements.
- Solution Design and Delivery: Collaborate with clients to design, mobilize, present, and deliver complete end-to-end solutions using Infor applications.
- Client Engagement: Lead discussions with clients regarding proposed solutions, architectural designs, and implementation roadmaps.
- Implementation Leadership: Drive Infor implementation projects from initial discovery through to sustainment, ensuring they meet predefined objectives.
- Functional and Technical Knowledge: Exhibit application-level functional or technical expertise on the Infor WFM platform to aid in solution development.
- Advisory Role: Provide guidance to clients based on industry best practices to deliver efficient Workforce Management solutions.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with various stakeholders to maintain robust customer relationships, ensuring a clear understanding of project goals and deliverables.
- Strategy Development: Develop comprehensive strategies for migration, integration, testing, and deployment of Infor solutions.
- Achieving Engagement Goals: Work to consistently achieve project engagement goals, ensuring stakeholder satisfaction and successful implementation outcomes.
Core Competencies:
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in full project life cycle implementation as a principal consultant or solution architect in ERP software packages, with at least 2 years focused specifically on Infor Product Architecture and WFM engagements.
- Solution Design Knowledge: Proven ability to design and present comprehensive solutions leveraging strong business acumen, analytical skills, and technical expertise specific to Infor WFM applications.
- Domain Knowledge: Strong understanding of Human Capital Management, Payroll, Time & Attendance, and workforce scheduling.
- Industry Standards: Stay current with industry standards, testing tools, and accelerators applicable to WFM solutions.
- Project Management Skills: Familiarity with project lifecycle management tools, issue tracking, and knowledge repositories.
- Business Case Development: Capable of developing compelling business cases and strategic roadmaps for clients.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a talent for engaging presentations.
