Job Description:
We are seeking a highly experienced Infor LN Technical Consultant to lead and deliver technical solutions for Infor LN ERP implementations, upgrades, enhancements, and support. The role requires deep expertise in Infor LN Tools, 4GL/3GL development, integrations, reporting, and performance optimization, along with the ability to mentor teams and collaborate with functional consultants and business stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Infor LN Technical Development
- Design, develop, and customize Infor LN applications using LN Tools / 4GL / 3GL
- Develop and modify:
- Sessions
- Tables
- Forms
- Reports
- Extensions and custom programs
- Perform debugging, performance tuning, and code optimization
Integrations & Interfaces
- Design and develop integrations using:
- Infor ION
- Web Services (REST/SOAP)
- APIs
- BODs
- Integrate Infor LN with third-party systems (MES, WMS, PLM, CRM, etc.)
Reporting & Analytics
- Develop and customize reports using:
- Infor LN Reporting tools
- BIRT
- Query & Data Extraction tools
- Support data migration and validation activities
System Support & Upgrades
- Support Infor LN upgrades, patches, and version migrations
- Handle production issues, root cause analysis, and defect resolution
- Ensure adherence to Infor standards and best practices
Technical Leadership
- Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior developers
- Conduct code reviews and enforce development standards
- Collaborate with functional consultants to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Participate in solution design discussions and technical architecture decisions
Required Skills & Qualifications
Mandatory
- 1015 years of ERP technical experience with strong focus on Infor LN
- Expert knowledge of:
- Infor LN Tools
- 4GL / 3GL programming
- Session and report development
- Strong experience with Infor ION and integrations
- Good understanding of Infor LN functional modules (Manufacturing, Finance, Supply Chain, Projects, etc.)
- Experience with Unix/Linux, Windows servers, and database concepts
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
Preferred / Nice to Have
- Experience with Infor LN Cloud (AWS) deployments
- Exposure to Infor OS, Ming.le, Document Management
- Knowledge of performance tuning and database optimization
- Prior experience leading or mentoring technical teams
