Role Overview
We are looking for an Influencer & UGC Marketing Manager to own Lorazzo's creator ecosystem end-to-end. This role sits at the intersection of brand, performance and community. You will be responsible for building long-term creator relationships, generating high-quality UGC at scale, and driving measurable business impact across platforms like Instagram, YouTube and emerging creator formats.
Key Responsibilities
Influencer Marketing (Core)
- Build and manage Lorazzo's influencer strategy across micro, mid and macro creators
- Identify creators aligned with Lorazzo's design and tech-led positioning
- Plan and execute monthly influencer campaigns (product launches, drops, seasonal pushes)
- Negotiate commercials, manage contracts, briefs, timelines, and deliverables
- Track performance metrics: reach, engagement, saves, traffic, conversions, ROAS
UGC and Content Ecosystem
- Build a strong pipeline of UGC creators for product demos, reviews, installations and lifestyle content
- Ensure consistent supply of high-quality, on-brand UGC for ads, website, marketplaces, and social
- Work closely with performance marketing teams to test UGC for paid ads.
- Create repeatable systems to scale UGC production cost-effectively.
