About the RoleWe are looking for a highly driven and detail-oriented Influencer Scouting Associate to identify, evaluate, and onboard relevant creators across platforms. This role is critical in building a strong and diverse influencer pool aligned with brand requirements and campaign objectives.
Key Responsibilities1. Influencer Discovery & Research- Identify and scout relevant influencers across platforms like Instagram, YouTube and emerging platforms based on campaign briefs.
- Stay updated with social media trends, viral content formats, and rising creators.
- Use tools, databases, and manual research to build a strong pipeline of influencers across categories and geographies.
2. Influencer Evaluation & Shortlisting- Analyze influencer profiles based on key metrics such as engagement rate, audience demographics, content quality, authenticity, and brand fit.
- Create well-structured influencer lists aligned with campaign objectives and budgets.
- Identify fake followers, low-quality engagement, and ensure creator credibility.
3. Database Management- Maintain and update an internal database of influencers with relevant details such as category, pricing benchmarks, past collaborations, and performance insights.
- Categorize creators based on niche, scale (nano, micro, macro), and content style.
4. Collaboration with Internal Teams- Work closely with the Strategy and Campaign teams to understand campaign briefs and deliver relevant influencer recommendations.
- Coordinate with the Pricing/Procurement team for cost benchmarking insights.
- Share insights on creator trends and platform performance with the team.
5. Outreach Support (Optional/As Required)- Assist in initial outreach to influencers/agencies for availability checks.
- Support onboarding processes by coordinating required details and documentation.
Key Skills & Requirements- Strong understanding of social media platforms, especially Instagram and YouTube.
- Good analytical skills to evaluate influencer metrics and performance.
- Ability to identify trends and viral content early.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
