Role Overview
As a Junior Talent Manager, you will support the strategic and operational aspects of talent and creator management, partnering closely with senior managers to nurture creator careers and deliver high-impact brand collaborations. You will assist in managing day-to-day communications with talents, coordinate campaigns, and contribute to creator growth initiatives while ensuring seamless execution across partnership touchpoints.
Key ResponsibilitiesTalent Support & Relationship Management
- Support the Senior Talent Manager in building and maintaining strong professional relationships with creators and their representatives.
- Act as a liaison between creators, internal teams, brands, and external partners to ensure clear communication and alignment across deliverables.
- Assist in drafting and reviewing talent agreements and support negotiation efforts under senior supervision.
Campaign & Project Coordination
- Assist in managing talent engagement from brief through execution, including scheduling, content deliverables, and approval workflows.
- Coordinate talent calendars, campaign timelines, and logistics for brand partnerships and creative activations.
- Track key campaign metrics and maintain organized documentation of performance and outcomes.
Creator Growth & Research
- Conduct research to identify emerging talent, trend opportunities, and potential partnerships.
- Support creatives on content planning and brainstorm ideas that align with brand goals and creator identity.
- Monitor industry, platform, and social trends to inform talent strategy and early-stage scouting.
Administrative & Operational Support
- Maintain accurate talent databases, contact records, and performance logs.
- Provide operational support for billing, approvals, and communication trails.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams including creative, account, PR, and analytics to ensure campaign alignment.
Required Skills & AttributesCore Competencies
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with professionalism in talent and client interactions.
- Organization & Multitasking: Strong ability to prioritize tasks, manage tight timelines, and keep detailed records.
- Relationship Management: Skilled at building rapport with creators, internal teams, and external partners.

Technical Skills
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar) and collaboration tools.
- Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.) and talent management workflows.
- Basic understanding of influencer/creator campaign metrics and reporting fundamentals.
Preferred Qualifications- Internships or 6 months - 1year work experience in talent management, influencer marketing, or content creation roles.
- Exposure to contract negotiation, campaign tracking systems, or CRM tools.
- Knowledge of creator monetization models and partnership structures.
