Job Summary:
We are looking for a passionate Influencer Marketing Executive to join a growing team. This role is ideal for someone who understands the influencer ecosystem, stays plugged into content trends, and enjoys building genuine creator relationships. You will act as a key bridge between influencers and internal teams, ensuring smooth coordination, campaign clarity, and real-time communication.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Identify, reach out to, and onboard relevant influencers for brand campaigns.
Build and manage strong relationships with creators, from micro to macro influencers.
Coordinate with internal teams (strategy, design, and operations) for seamless campaign execution.
Clearly communicate campaign deliverables, timelines, and expectations with creators.
Troubleshoot creator-related or tech-related issues quickly and effectively.
Monitor campaign performance across platforms and provide regular updates and reports.
Analyze campaign data to optimize influencer selection and overall campaign strategy.
Stay updated with industry trends, viral content, and creator performance insights.
Negotiate deliverables, timelines, and pricing with influencers in line with campaign goals and budgets.
Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum 1 year of experience in a relevant field.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills with a flair for networking and relationship-building.
Ability to manage multiple campaigns, creators, and deadlines simultaneously.
Quick thinker with a hands-on, problem-solving approach.
Passion for influencer marketing, social media trends, and content culture.
Prior exposure to influencer marketing, social media, or creator management is a plus.

Working Hours: 10:30 AM 7:00 PM
Working Days: Monday Saturday
Location: Gurgaon, Sector 42 (Golf Course Road)
Salary: Up to 30,000 per month
