We are looking for a passionate Influencer Marketing Executive to help build meaningful relationships with creators and drive brand awareness across digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, research, and onboard relevant influencers, content creators, and brand ambassadors across Instagram, YouTube, and other social platforms.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with influencers, agencies, and creator networks.
- Plan and execute influencer marketing campaigns aligned with brand objectives and product launches.
- Coordinate campaign deliverables, timelines, contracts, and product dispatches.
- Negotiate commercials and collaborations while ensuring cost efficiency.
- Track campaign performance using KPIs such as reach, engagement, impressions, conversions, and ROI.
- Monitor influencer-generated content to ensure brand guidelines are followed.
- Stay updated with social media trends, viral content, and emerging creators.
- Maintain an influencer database, campaign tracker, and performance reports.
- Collaborate closely with the Content, Social Media, Performance Marketing, and Brand teams to maximize campaign impact.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in Influencer Marketing, Creator Partnerships, or Digital Marketing.
- Strong understanding of Instagram, YouTube, Snapchat, and emerging social media platforms.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Experience using influencer discovery platforms and campaign management tools is preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate campaign performance and generate actionable insights.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets and presentation tools.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with FMCG, D2C, Food & Beverage, Lifestyle, or Consumer Brands.
- Existing network of influencers and creator agencies is an added advantage.
- Passion for social media, content creation, and consumer trends.
