We are looking for a passionate Influencer Marketing Executive to help build meaningful relationships with creators and drive brand awareness across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, research, and onboard relevant influencers, content creators, and brand ambassadors across Instagram, YouTube, and other social platforms.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with influencers, agencies, and creator networks.
  • Plan and execute influencer marketing campaigns aligned with brand objectives and product launches.
  • Coordinate campaign deliverables, timelines, contracts, and product dispatches.
  • Negotiate commercials and collaborations while ensuring cost efficiency.
  • Track campaign performance using KPIs such as reach, engagement, impressions, conversions, and ROI.
  • Monitor influencer-generated content to ensure brand guidelines are followed.
  • Stay updated with social media trends, viral content, and emerging creators.
  • Maintain an influencer database, campaign tracker, and performance reports.
  • Collaborate closely with the Content, Social Media, Performance Marketing, and Brand teams to maximize campaign impact.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in Influencer Marketing, Creator Partnerships, or Digital Marketing.
  • Strong understanding of Instagram, YouTube, Snapchat, and emerging social media platforms.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Experience using influencer discovery platforms and campaign management tools is preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate campaign performance and generate actionable insights.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets and presentation tools.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with FMCG, D2C, Food & Beverage, Lifestyle, or Consumer Brands.
  • Existing network of influencers and creator agencies is an added advantage.
  • Passion for social media, content creation, and consumer trends.
