Role: Influencer Marketing Specialist (Associate / Executive / Manager)

Location: NewDelhi | Full-time

The Role:

We're looking for an Influencer Marketing specialist who wants to go deep in this craft, not treat it as a stepping stone. This role sits at a rare intersection — you'll work both sides of the influencer marketing equation: sourcing and curating creators for our client brand campaigns under alist.lab, and representing our own roster of premium creators to brands and agencies under alist.talent. Most people in this space only ever see one side of the table. You'll see both, and you'll get good at making the match work for everyone in the deal.

This is a junior-to-mid level seat — whether you land closer to Associate or Executive scope depends on what you bring on day one, particularly your experience working with recognisable or premium brands.

What You'll Own:

  • Understand brand briefs deeply enough to translate them into precise creator search criteria — not just deliverable specs, but tone, audience, and brand fit
  • Build and pitch creator shortlists for client campaigns, with a clear point of view on why each creator is right for it — and where they're not
  • Represent alist.talent's roster to brands and agencies, identifying and closing paid partnership opportunities that genuinely fit each creator's positioning
  • Lead negotiations on both sides of a deal — securing fair value for brands on campaign spend and fair value for creators on deliverables, without burning either relationship
  • Manage the full lifecycle of a partnership end to end: outreach, briefing, timeline tracking, content review, payments, and reporting
  • Build and maintain a real working network across creators and brand-side contacts — this is a relationship business, not a spreadsheet business
  • Flag risks early — creator delays, brand dissatisfaction, scope creep — and resolve them before they become escalations
  • Stay sharp on the influencer landscape: platform shifts, emerging creators, pricing benchmarks, category trends — and bring that intelligence back to the team

  • What We're Looking For:

    • 1–3 years of hands-on influencer marketing experience, ideally including work with recognisable or premium brands — not just high-volume nano-influencer outreach
    • A demonstrated ability to match creators to brand briefs on genuine fit — audience, tone, aesthetic — not just reach or rate card
    • Strong negotiation and relationship management instincts; you're comfortable being the point of contact for both the brand and the creator side of a deal
    • Excellent organisational ability — you can run multiple campaigns, timelines, and stakeholders without anything slipping through
    • A specialist mindset — you want to be the person who's genuinely excellent at influencer marketing, not someone using this as a generic marketing rotation
    • Comfort operating at both strategy and execution — you can explain why a partnership makes sense, and you can also get it done
