About the Role

Vuducom runs one of India's leading creator commerce programs, working with hundreds of Instagram and YouTube creators who drive real, trackable sales for Amazon through affiliate links and storefronts.

We're hiring a Creator Monetization Associate to own this funnel end-to-end—from sourcing creators and onboarding them to activating them and driving the revenue (GMV) they generate every month.

This is not an internship, and it is not a lead-generation role.

You'll own a portfolio of creators the way you'd run your own small business—managing their onboarding, activation, monthly revenue, and bonus payouts.

What You'll OwnEnd-to-End Creator Acquisition

• Source, pitch, and onboard Instagram and YouTube creators across fashion, beauty, lifestyle, tech, and other relevant categories onto Amazon's Affiliate Program.
• Own the entire creator funnel from discovery to activation.

Creator Relationship Management

• Be the single point of contact for your portfolio of creators.
• Build long-term relationships—no handoffs or rotating account managers.

Creator Support

• Help creators overcome any roadblocks preventing them from earning.
• Resolve issues related to onboarding, affiliate tools, automation, storefronts, approvals, orders, returns, or other operational challenges.

Creator Activation

• Ensure every creator successfully:
• Generates their first affiliate link or storefront.
• Publishes their first affiliate-enabled reel or YouTube video.
• Remove every blocker until they are fully live.

Revenue Ownership

• Own the monthly GMV generated by your creator portfolio.
• Track performance against the ₹20,000 GMV threshold that unlocks creator bonus payouts.
• Contribute to the overall program revenue and commission pool.

Portfolio Growth

• Identify high-potential creators.
• Help them scale through:
• Better content strategy
• Increased posting frequency
• Stronger affiliate adoption
• Consistent revenue growth

Reporting & Tracking

• Maintain accurate creator trackers covering every stage:
• Lead
• Contacted
• Onboarded
• Activated
• Revenue Generated
• Present weekly performance updates against your own targets and portfolio metrics.

What We're Looking For

• Fresh graduates or candidates with 0–1 year of experience looking for meaningful ownership from day one.
• Comfortable with high-volume outreach through calls, WhatsApp, Instagram DMs, and email.
• Strong numerical aptitude—you naturally think in GMV, conversion rates, activations, and revenue instead of just completed tasks.
• Highly organized, with the ability to manage dozens of creator relationships simultaneously without dropping the ball.
• Comfortable learning creator-commerce tools such as Wishlink, LinkDM, Amazon Affiliate, and similar platforms.
• Strong working knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Confident negotiating, persuading, and building relationships with creators.
