Role Overview

We're looking for an Influencer Marketing Specialist who can own and scale our influencer ecosystem end-to-end from creator discovery and campaign execution to performance tracking and ROI. This role is ideal for someone who understands creators, culture, and conversion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute influencer marketing campaigns across Instagram, YouTube, and emerging platforms
  • Identify, onboard, and manage influencers across nano, micro, and macro segments
  • Own end-to-end campaign execution: briefs, contracts, timelines, content approvals, and payouts
  • Collaborate with content, performance marketing, and brand teams to align influencer output with business goals
  • Track campaign performance using metrics like reach, engagement, CTR, CAC, and ROAS
  • Build long-term relationships with high-performing creators and agencies
  • Stay updated with influencer trends, platform algorithms, and content formats
  • Ensure brand consistency and compliance across all influencer content

What We're Looking For

  • 25 years of experience in influencer marketing (D2C, consumer brand, or agency preferred)
  • Strong understanding of social platforms, creator economics, and audience behavior
  • Hands-on experience with campaign planning, creator negotiations, and performance tracking
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into action
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment
