Role Overview
We're looking for an Influencer Marketing Specialist who can own and scale our influencer ecosystem end-to-end from creator discovery and campaign execution to performance tracking and ROI. This role is ideal for someone who understands creators, culture, and conversion.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute influencer marketing campaigns across Instagram, YouTube, and emerging platforms
- Identify, onboard, and manage influencers across nano, micro, and macro segments
- Own end-to-end campaign execution: briefs, contracts, timelines, content approvals, and payouts
- Collaborate with content, performance marketing, and brand teams to align influencer output with business goals
- Track campaign performance using metrics like reach, engagement, CTR, CAC, and ROAS
- Build long-term relationships with high-performing creators and agencies
- Stay updated with influencer trends, platform algorithms, and content formats
- Ensure brand consistency and compliance across all influencer content
What We're Looking For
- 25 years of experience in influencer marketing (D2C, consumer brand, or agency preferred)
- Strong understanding of social platforms, creator economics, and audience behavior
- Hands-on experience with campaign planning, creator negotiations, and performance tracking
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into action
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment
