Role Overview
As a Senior Executive CS & Influencer Relations, you will be responsible for building, nurturing, and managing strong relationships with influencers while ensuring operational efficiency in campaign execution. You will play a crucial role in maintaining the influencer database, negotiating collaborations, and ensuring seamless coordination between influencers and brand campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, onboard, and maintain relationships with influencers across categories and platforms.
- Client retention, expansion of business from existing clients
- Negotiate deliverables, timelines, and commercials with influencers or their managers.
- Maintain and update influencer databases with accurate records of performance and partnerships.
- Support the operations team in campaign execution by aligning influencer deliverables with client requirements.
- Monitor influencer content to ensure brand alignment, quality, and timely delivery.
- Track payments, contracts, and other operational requirements for influencers.
- Stay updated on influencer marketing trends and suggest new strategies for influencer engagement.
Requirements
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Marketing, Communications, or related fields.
- 24 years of experience in influencer management, relations, or campaign operations.
- Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Familiarity with influencer marketing tools and social media platforms.
