Role Description

We are seeking an Influencer Marketing Specialist for a full-time, on-site position based in Kandiwali east, Mumbai. An experienced Brand Campaign Executive to join our team on an urgent basis. This role is ideal for someone who has hands-on experience managing large-scale influencer campaigns and can independently drive execution from brief to delivery. The specialist will manage influencer relationships, coordinate content campaigns, and execute strategies to drive brand growth. Responsibilities include identifying and engaging with potential influencers, negotiating partnerships, monitoring campaign performance, and maintaining detailed reports. The candidate will also collaborate with the creative and media production teams to align campaigns with client objectives and ensure effective storytelling through influencer content.

Key Responsibilities

Understand brand briefs in depth and translate them into actionable campaign plans

Scout and onboard relevant influencers aligned with campaign objectives

Execute end-to-end influencer campaigns (4050+ influencers per campaign)

Coordinate with internal teams (content, production, client servicing)

Ensure timely delivery of content and campaign milestones

Manage communication with influencers and agencies

Maintain quality control across all deliverables

Track campaign performance and ensure smooth reporting

Qualifications

  • Influencer management, campaign coordination, and partnership negotiation experience
  • Knowledge of digital marketing, social media platforms, and trends
  • Content strategy, storytelling, and creative direction expertise
  • Strong analytical skills for monitoring campaign performance and generating reports
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder collaboration, and organizational abilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • Prior experience in influencer marketing or brand partnerships is a plus
  • Understanding of the digital content landscape and influencer ecosystems
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in influencer marketing / brand campaign execution
  • Proven experience handling high-volume campaigns (4050 influencers per campaign)
  • Strong understanding of beauty, skincare, and grooming categories
