Skills required
- A good understanding of YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok as a platform from a users POV
- Keen interest in social media campaigns and how brands are leveraging the creator ecosystem today
- Great written and verbal communication skills
- Should be able to think of ideas and write basic content briefs
- 3+ years of prior experience in an influencer marketing / content partnerships role is necessary
Responsibilities include:
- Researching and finding the right set of creators based on our target audience
- Reaching out, negotiating, and getting relevant creators to work with us based on the ROI and CAC metrics set internally
- Building relationships, engaging with these creators and building an influencer network that we can keep tapping into
- Keyword + content research to be able to share the right content recommendations for creator collabs to make each project super successful
- Tracking and reporting key metrics set by the team internally for creator collabs
