early team members who will shape it from Day Zero.

We are looking for an Influencer Marketing Associate who lives and breathes creator culture,

understands content that converts, and knows how to build meaningful partnerships.

Role Overview

We are looking for a high-energy Influencer Marketing Associate to drive the company's creator and influencer ecosystem across Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Twitter, and emerging platforms.

This role is ideal for someone who loves researching creators, spotting trends early, building

partnerships, and executing high-impact collaborations that drive real business results.

Key Responsibilities

Influencer & Creator Partnerships

Identify, research, and onboard high-performing micro and macro influencers across

education, management, AI, career guidance, and student communities.

Build long-term partnerships with creators, pages, and digital communities relevant to the

brand's audience particularly in the commerce, BBA, and career advisory space.

Evaluate creators based on content quality, audience relevance, engagement, and ROI

potential.

Campaign Strategy & Execution

Own end-to-end influencer campaign execution from sourcing and negotiations to

content delivery and publishing.

Negotiate commercials, deliverables, timelines, and usage rights with creators.

Create structured campaign workflows, calendars, and execution plans.

Track deliverables, follow-ups, posting schedules, and reporting.

Research & Integrations

Deep-dive into creator content to understand tone, audience behavior, and platform trends

in the education and career guidance space.

Research what formats, hooks, storytelling styles, and integrations perform best for

student, parent, and educator audiences.

Work closely with the copy and content team to ensure:

Natural, high-conversion integrations

Strong hooks and CTAs

Authentic storytelling that doesn't feel like an ad

Content Production & Publishing

Manage the end-to-end content lifecycle:

Briefing creators

Coordinating shoots

Overseeing editing and revisions

Ensuring timely deployment

Ensure all content meets brand guidelines and performance benchmarks.

Coordinate reviews, comments, pinned posts, stories, and community posts as per

campaign needs.

Performance & Optimization

Track influencer metrics including reach, engagement, CTR, conversions, and cost per

acquisition.

Analyze campaign performance and identify opportunities to scale high-performing

creators and formats.

Build performance dashboards and reports for internal stakeholders.

Cross-functional Collaboration

Work closely with brand, content, copy, performance marketing, product, and growth

teams.

Support the brand launch, go-to-market campaigns, and student acquisition initiatives.

What We're Looking For

2 - 4 years of experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, or digital

marketing

Strong understanding of YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and creator ecosystems

Obsessed with content, trends, and viral formats bonus if you already follow the

education/career creator space

Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills

Highly organized with a strong execution mindset

Analytical approach to ROI, performance, and growth

Strong research skills and ability to identify emerging creators early

Experience working with copy/content teams on branded integrations is a big plus
