We are seeking for a Campaign Manager to join our team. Their job role will majorly include making strategy, plan, and execute the campaign while co-ordination with the clients and artists. Must have an experience working with social media artists and content creators.
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Co-ordinate and maintain a strong relationship with the client.
• Budget management (Making, maintaining and negotiation)
• Write briefs for the campaign.
• Reach out to the artist, celebs and content creators and help build robust database.
• Shortlist and review the artist selection.
• Maintain timelines and responsible for on-time delivery of the campaigns.
• Co-ordinate for the product delivery from the brands.
• Maintaining and updating the data of the insights from the campaign and make strategic decision for the improvement for ongoing and future campaigns.
• Manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Skills and Qualification Required:
• 1-3 years of work experience in a similar role in an influencer marketing agency only.
• Experience in negotiating rate and making contracts with the clients and the influencers.
• Experience with influencer marketing agency is mandatory.
• Experience negotiating rates and executing contracts between influencers and brands.
• Experience in managing and executing multiple campaigns at a time.
• Strong communication both verbal and written. Comfortable while communicating with high end profiles artist.
• Experience in maintain data with good analytical skills to make reports and future strategies.
• Strong at budget management.
• Must be able to work single handed and with the team.
• Problem solving skill and high level of accuracy.
• Degree in marketing and advertising or relating (preferred).
