Influencer Marketing Specialist

About the Role

We are looking for a highly execution-oriented Influencer Marketing Specialist to build and scale Nory's influencer and creator network. You will own the end-to-end creator journey from sourcing and outreach to onboarding, content execution, and performance tracking.

Key Responsibilities

• Source relevant creators across fertility, women's health, pregnancy, parenting, wellness, and doctor-led content.
• Reach out to creators, negotiate collaborations, and onboard them.
• Coordinate product seeding, briefs, content ideas, timelines, and posting.
• Drive consistent follow-ups to ensure content goes live on time.
• Track creator pipeline, content performance, engagement, traffic, and sales impact.
• Build and maintain a scalable creator database and weekly performance tracker.
• Work closely with internal teams on product USPs, Amazon links, claims, compliance, and content direction.
• Identify high-performing creators and build repeat partnerships.

What We're Looking For

• 1–4 years of experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, or social media partnerships.
• Strong experience with Instagram, Reels, YouTube Shorts, and creator outreach.
• Experience in D2C, wellness, parenting, women's health, healthcare, fertility, or Amazon-led brands is a plus.
• Strong negotiation, coordination, communication, and follow-up skills.
• Ability to manage multiple creators and campaigns simultaneously.
• Highly organized and comfortable working with trackers and targets.
• Execution-focused mindset measured by content going live, not just creators contacted.
