Job Title: Influencer Marketing Executive

Experience: 12 Years

Location: Jaipur

Industry Preference: Beauty & Personal Care

Education : Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, PR, or a related field

Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and creative Influencer Marketing Executive to manage and execute influencer campaigns across social media platforms, primarily Instagram and Facebook. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in influencer outreach, negotiation, campaign execution, and paid media collaboration, with a strong understanding of the beauty and personal care industry.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Influencer Identification & Outreach

  • Identify, evaluate, and onboard relevant influencers aligned with brand positioning
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers and talent agencies
  • Stay updated with emerging influencer trends and content styles

2. Influencer Negotiation & Campaign Management

  • Handle end-to-end influencer negotiations including deliverables, timelines, and commercials
  • Execute influencer campaigns from briefing to completion
  • Ensure timely delivery of content and adherence to brand guidelines

3. Paid Media & Partnership Ads

  • Plan and execute Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram Ads) in collaboration with influencer campaigns
  • Run and optimize partnership ads for better reach and performance
  • Coordinate with performance marketing teams for campaign alignment

4. Budget Management

  • Allocate and manage budgets across multiple influencers and campaigns
  • Track spends and ensure cost-effective campaign execution
  • Analyze ROI and optimize future budget allocation strategies

5. Performance Tracking & Reporting

  • Monitor campaign performance using key metrics (engagement, reach, conversions, ROI)
  • Prepare detailed reports and insights for ongoing and completed campaigns
  • Suggest improvements based on data-driven insights

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 12 years of experience in influencer marketing or social media marketing
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager (Facebook & Instagram Ads)
  • Understanding of influencer trends, especially in beauty & personal care
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign performance data
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in the beauty, skincare, or personal care industry
  • Existing network of influencers and agencies is a plus
  • Creative mindset with a good eye for content and branding
