If you understand creators better than traditional ads ,this role is for you. We're looking for an Influencer Marketing Specialist to work on high-impact campaigns with some of the biggest brands in India.We've worked with Netflix, Coca-Cola, Spotify, Cadbury, Hero, Dabur, Hotstar, Kia, CoinDCX and more.

Your KRA's

• Identify, evaluate, and onboard influencers across Instagram, YouTube, Snapchat, Moj, and other platforms
• Plan and execute influencer marketing campaigns
• Create briefs, manage timelines, and ensure smooth content delivery
• Coordinate daily with influencers, managers, and clients
• Track campaign performance and prepare insightful reports
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for integrated campaign execution

What we are looking for

• Proven experience in influencer marketing, preferably in an agency or brand environment
• Strong understanding of creator ecosystems and social media trends
• Good negotiation and communication skills
• Experience in end-to-end campaign management
• Analytical mindset (reach, engagement, ROI, conversions)
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, on-site environment (Noida)
