We are seeking a dynamic and creative Influencer Marketer to join our team. The ideal candidate will spearhead influencer marketing campaigns, build long-term partnerships with influencers, and drive brand awareness and engagement across digital platforms. Key Responsibilities:
1.Campaign Strategy &Execution:
- Design and execute end-to-end influencer marketing campaigns to align with brand goals and target audiences.
- Develop innovative strategies to maximize reach and engagement.
2.Influencer Identification & Partnerships:
- Identify and onboard influencers, content creators, and brand ambassadors across relevant social media platforms.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with influencers to ensure consistent brand representation.
3.Content Development & Coordination:
- Collaborate with influencers and internal teams to create high-quality, engaging, and brand- aligned content.
- Ensure timely and impactful delivery of influencer-driven campaigns.
4.Performance Tracking& Optimization:
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, including engagement, reach, ROI, and brand sentiment.
- Optimize campaigns based on insights and trends for continuous improvement.
5.Budget Management:
- Plan and manage the influencer marketing budget effectively, ensuring optimal utilization and ROI.
6.Trend Analysis:
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging platforms, and influencer marketing best practices. Provide recommendations to maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications:
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience in influencer marketing, social media, or digital marketing.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field.
