About You:
- Experience: You have 5+ years of experience in influencer marketing, brand partnerships, or community managementideally for consumer tech, subscription apps, or PLG products. You've helped build a brand by working closely with influencers, creators, and online communities.
- Creator-Centric: You live and breathe social media. You're deeply familiar with platforms like Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Reddit, and Discord, and you understand how to identify, engage, and activate micro- and macro-influencers across niches.
- Community-Builder at Heart: You believe real growth happens when users feel seen, heard, and part of something. You're passionate about building relationshipswhether with creators, superfans, or everyday usersand turning them into brand advocates.
- Scrappy & Strategic: You can source and manage creator partnerships on a tight budget while still thinking big about long-term brand equity and community-led growth.
- PLG Mindset: You get the product-led growth motiondriving adoption and retention through user-generated content, social proof, and organic brand awareness. You know how to connect creators to product experiences.
- Data-Informed, Not Data-Blind: You're fluent in campaign analytics, influencer KPIs (like reach, engagement, CTR), and know how to use tools like Upfluence, HypeAuditor, or GRIN. You track performance but never lose sight of the human side of influence.
- B2C Energy: You understand how to speak to mainstream consumers, simplify messaging, and tap into pop culture, trends, and memeswithout feeling off-brand.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Influencer Sourcing & Sign-Ups: Identify and outreach to influencers across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and emerging platforms. Build and manage a creator pipeline, negotiate partnerships, and sign up creators to promote the productboth paid and gifted.
- Influencer Campaigns: Source, onboard, and manage paid and organic influencer partnerships across TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, and niche creator platformsaligned with product launches, seasonal moments, and growth goals.
- Community Activation: Design and run programs to engage existing users, superfans, and early adoptersturning them into ambassadors through referral programs, early-access drops, or UGC contests.
- Creator Relationship Management: Build long-term relationships with creators and their managers. Maintain an up-to-date CRM or database of creators across tiers and verticals.
- Campaign Execution & Tracking: Own end-to-end execution of influencer and community campaignsincluding briefing, content approvals, publishing coordination, and KPI tracking.
- Platform Presence: Monitor and engage in relevant online communitiesReddit, Discord, niche Facebook groups, etc.to spark conversations, surface insights, and grow brand visibility authentically.
- Collaboration Across Teams: Work with content, product, and customer success teams to identify and promote moments of community love, virality, and feedback loops.
- Trendspotting: Stay on top of cultural and creator trends. Be the first to know what's working, what's cringey, and what's next. Act fast and adapt content/campaigns accordingly.

- Influencer campaigns consistently achieve >5% engagement rates and drive qualified sign-ups or app installs.
- Cost per creator conversion trends down month-over-month through smarter targeting and negotiations.
- User-generated content (UGC) volume increases by 3050% QoQ.
- Organic brand mentions and sentiment improve across social and community platforms.
- Active community participation (Discord, Slack, LinkedIn, subreddit, etc.) grows week-over-week.
- Top-performing creators become long-term brand partners with repeat collaborations.
- Your efforts directly impact activation, retention, or referral KPIs tracked in the product funnel.
