Role Overview
We are looking for an Influencer Marketing Executive who has a genuine interest in the creator and influencer ecosystem and, preferably, hands-on experience working with influencers.
The candidate will be responsible for identifying relevant influencers, reaching out to creators, coordinating collaborations, managing campaign deliverables and ensuring smooth execution of influencer campaigns from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify relevant influencers and content creators based on brand requirements and target audience.
- Conduct influencer outreach through Instagram, email and other relevant channels.
- Coordinate with influencers for brand collaborations, product promotions, shoots and campaigns.
- Handle communication, follow-ups and coordination with influencers throughout the campaign.
- Discuss and coordinate commercials, deliverables, timelines and campaign requirements.
- Maintain and regularly update an influencer database with creator details, niche, audience, engagement and commercials.
- Share campaign briefs with influencers and ensure they understand the required content, messaging and deliverables.
- Track and follow up on Reels, Stories, posts and other campaign deliverables.
- Review submitted content to ensure it follows the brand brief and campaign requirements.
- Coordinate with the internal social media, creative and account teams for smooth campaign execution.
- Maintain records of influencer campaigns, costs, deliverables, payments and performance.
- Research new, trending and relevant creators for upcoming campaigns.
- Monitor influencer trends, content formats and competitor collaborations.
- Assist in preparing campaign reports and post-campaign performance analysis.
- Ensure campaigns are executed within the agreed timeline and budget.
Requirements
- 0–1 year of experience in Influencer Marketing, Creator Marketing, Social Media or a related role.
- Prior hands-on experience working with influencers/creators is preferred and will be given strong preference.
- Good understanding of Instagram, Reels, Stories and creator content.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable with influencer outreach, follow-ups and coordination.
- Good negotiation and relationship-management skills.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple influencers/campaigns simultaneously.
- Good knowledge of current social media and influencer trends.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced digital marketing agency environment.
- MS Excel/Google Sheets knowledge for maintaining influencer databases and campaign tracking will be an advantage.
- Candidates who have previously worked on influencer campaigns, brand collaborations or creator outreach will be preferred.
